In the last summer weeks it was time to produce some new activity pages for Hemmets Journal. As usual the work on this batch has been going on for a couple of weeks. They are fun to do and they keeps me a little in touch with my former work as a comic illustrator. As I have said earlier I draw some of the pictures, but to be able to keep the whole production slim I often by illustrations from the collegues on iStockphoto. I then make and construct the puzzles.
Ever wondered how it would feel to be in focus by paparazzi cameras the whole day?
I read on The Insider that you can rent a paparazzi for a day, to be treated like a star. Obviously many people around believe you are a star for real and you will get V.I.P. treatments in bars and clubs. Silly!
In this shot Mimmi is the model for a stock shoot, and I was the one pulling the trigger
If anyone thought shooting a product shot of a pizza is a piece of cake, this behind the scenes movie showes how wrong that is.
This is a fantastic mess of people working on the little pizza, trying to make it look as good as possible.
There is also a hand model talking about the art of holding a pizza slice the right way. This is a nice bts movie that itself alone would be a nice ad for the pizza company (Dominos Pizza). It shows the hard work making a pizzaslice looking good enough for for us to eat.
Last week we shot some “live” pictures for the pub Kuntze in Sankt Gertruds Restaurants.
I got help from Erik, Mimmi and charming Maria who is working at the pub, She had some time over for helping us being a talented model. The pictures should have a snapshot feeling and have the light of a warm summers evening.
